The President of the
Republic Mr Nicos Anastasiades concluded his official visit to the Holy See,
where yesterday he met with Pope Francis, at the Vatican.
During his visit to the
Vatican, where he was accompanied by his spouse Mrs Andri Anastasiades, the
President of the Republic also had a meeting with the Prime Minister and the
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Holy See.
The President was also
accompanied by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Energy, the Government
Spokesman, the Ambassador of the Republic to the Holy See, the Permanent
Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and the Director of his Diplomatic Office.
President Anastasiades
and the Cypriot delegation will return to Cyprus tonight.
