The rate of inflation in Cyprus for December 2014
was -1.0%, as measured by the HICP


The Statistical Service announces that the evolution of the Harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) for December 2014 is as follows:

l  The inflation for December 2014 decreased at -1,0% while in November 2014 the inflation stood at  0%. The corresponding rate for December 2013, decreased at -1,3 %.

l  The fluctuations of the Index during the last three months as well as the percentage change compared with last year, are presented in the table below:
