Following the meeting that took place today between the President of the Republic and leader of the Greek Cypriot community, Mr Nicos Anastasiades, and the Turkish Cypriot leader, Mr Dervis Eroglu, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General in Cyprus, Ms Lisa Buttenheim, announced that during the meeting the two leaders decided to instruct their negotiators to hold their first meeting this week.
