The
rate of inflation in Cyprus decreased at -2,1% in April 2016
The
Statistical Service announces that the evolution of the Harmonized
Index of Consumer Prices (HICP)
for April 2016 is as follows:

The inflation for April 2016 decreased at a rate of -2,1% compared to -2,2% in March 2016. The corresponding rate for April 2015 was -1,7%.

The fluctuations of the Index, with new base year (2015=100), during the last three months as well as the percentage change compared with last year, are presented in the table below:
