of Israel
conducted the exercise “Onisilos-Gedeon 2/2014”
The Ministry
of the Defence announces that today, 21st of October
2014, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Cyprus and the State of Israel
conducted the exercise “Onisilos-Gedeon-2/2014” successfully, in the framework
of their annual cooperation plan of joint exercises between the two armed
forces.
The exercise
took place in Nicosia FIR, in the wider region of Paphos -Troodos, with the
participation of National Guard personnel and resources, as well as various
types of Israeli Air Force aircrafts .
